To be honest, I almost didn't give this a chance because I thought "great, another pixelated flash..." but man, am I ever glad I went against my prejudice feelings on this one!
Everything about this pleased me in so many ways that Newgrounds has been failing to lately.
The writing, animation, and music was superb. Even the extra content in the options was good for a laugh! You've officially renewed my faith in pixel animation/animators. Everyone involved deserves some massive high fives!

Also, I'm impressed you find time to reply to so many (all?) of your reviews. Considering there's currently 425 of them...

I have to say, this was a big improvement over the first!
I laughed through the entire thing. Solid laughs too. Laughs you could build a house on.

Anyway, I'm glad to hear you'll continue making both traditional flash and... non-traditional flash? Doesn't matter, I'm happy either way.

You almost had me stuck on 8, but I got it.

This was ok, but I think it needed a little more to make it better overall.
Whether that be more (better looking) levels or a few variations in gameplay, such as moving your cursor inside of a moving box/cirle/whatever to get across something.
Also, the music was a plus for me :D

Yeah, I totally agree with you.
In fact, I'm currently playing the game right now. Seriously.

The only downside I see to the Wii edition is that the shooting range mini-game is TOO EASY... not that it's really a downside... but if there was one, that'd be it.
